About Simply Prepared

Helping Families Prepare With Clarity, Dignity, and Care.

Simply Prepared exists because important family conversations should not always begin during a crisis.

Planning can feel uncomfortable. Families may not know which questions to ask, what information to organize, or where important details should be kept.

Simply Prepared gives individuals and families a compassionate starting point.

Meet Terry Shearin

Founder & CEO, Final Wishes Consultant

Terry Shearin founded Simply Prepared with a heart for helping families approach difficult conversations with greater confidence and less confusion.

She understands that preparation involves more than completing paperwork. It can involve family conversations, personal wishes, important information, unanswered questions, and responsibilities that may affect several generations.

Through Simply Prepared, Terry provides patient, personalized assistance that helps clients organize what matters and prepare thoughtfully for the future.

Her role is not to make your decisions for you. Her role is to help you identify your priorities, organize your information, communicate your wishes, and determine when another qualified professional may need to become part of the conversation.

Why Simply Prepared?

Too often, families are forced to search for information, make decisions, and answer important questions during some of their most emotional moments.

Many of those challenges can be reduced when conversations happen earlier and important information is easier to find.

Simply Prepared was created to make that process feel more manageable.

Whether you are preparing for yourself, helping a parent, supporting someone in hospice, or dealing with responsibilities after a loss, you deserve a clear place to begin.
